Leading something new or navigating change is exciting—but also overwhelming. Whether you’re starting a new venture, making a big transition, or trying to move a vision forward, it can feel like you’re stuck in the fog. That’s where I come in. I’m a coach who helps leaders find clarity, build momentum, and make confident decisions when things feel uncertain or complex.

I get it—I’ve been there. As a leader and entrepreneur, I know what it’s like to carry something new without a clear roadmap. I’m not here to give you all the answers, but to walk with you, ask the right questions, and help you uncover the path that fits your values, your vision, and your next move.

“In a season of questions and possibilities, coaching with JD has been deeply grounding and empowering! He brings clarity to complexity. His questions cut to the heart of the matter. I leave every conversation feeling encouraged and capable of taking the next step.”

“JD has been instrumental in helping me better understand and move towards my goals. He’s a great listener, and his feedback and advice are always insightful. I always find that he really understands and, more importantly, genuinely cares.”

At a critical point in my church’s journey, JD listened well and helped me identify practical next steps to move us forward.

3,2,1… GO

Custom plans are available, but typically I work in the 3, 2, 1 plan3

3 Months

We will identify where you are going, what project, shift, obstacle you want to conquer and we will set a target to get there together in the next three months. If your dream demands more, we can/will flex as you desire.

Every 2 weeks

Connecting every two weeks is generally the best cadence. This gives you enough time to meaningfully implement our insights, and yet keeps the energy flowing on the project.

1 hour

Our time will be locked in on unearthing what its going to take to get you where you know you need to go, and creating an achievable and energizing plan to get there. Our time will mostly be full of my reflecting listening. I have wisdom to share, but I don’t plan on doing all the talking, I plan on you doing the most - because remember - the gold you need for what’s next is not always “out there” its more often “in you” We just need to tease it out and ride that lightning!

So what does coaching look like?

What you need for what's next is probably not "out there" but "In you." Let's unearth it, ignite it, and ride that lightning together!
